Question: What did Dracula say at the end?

It speaks of the courage you long to possess, Zoe/Agatha tells a troubled Count. The courage it takes to die. I call you ashamed.

What did the ending of Dracula mean?

The novel ends with a final battle in which the men seize Count Draculas coffin. Harker cuts Draculas head off while Morris stabs him in the heart. The ending shows that a collective effort was necessary to defeat Dracula, and also that sacrifice was required. Morris gives up his life, but he is happy to do so.

Why did Dracula drink Zoes blood?

Zoe believes that it is easier for Dracula to avoid the sun and mirrors due to his shame for being what and who he is. By calling out Draculas shame, Zoe gives him a chance to redeem it. We know that, due to Zoes cancer, her blood is toxic to the vampire. So drinking from her will kill him.
